Hombre denuncio a la empresa en la que laboraba porque se aburría mucho en su cargo

Esta persona identificada como Frédéric Desnard se sentía demasiado aburrido y estresado de que en su trabajo le colocaran tareas de escaso trabajo, por eso decidió demandarla y con tan buena suerte que gano.

Este hombre quien llevaba laborando y varios años en la empresa Interparfums tuvo una incapacidad por 6 meses, luego de sufrir un ataque de epilepsia mientras transportaba su carro; por eso la empresa refutando que se había ausentado del trabajo durante un periodo prolongado; decidió despedirlo y esto fue lo que llevo al hombre a demandar a la empresa.

“A nadie le importaba si llegaba a las 9 a. m. o a las 10 a. m. Tenía que comprar algunos suministros, unas pocas hojas de papel, y luego mi día terminaba”, dijo el demandante.

De acuerdo con la declaración del señor en la compañía le asignaban tareas que no tenían nada que ver con el cargo de él, ni con lo que había estudiado y esto lo hacía aburrir y estresar, dando así paso a su enfermedad

El tribunal que llevo el caso reconoció que el exempleado sufría del síndrome de ‘boreout’ (aburrimiento) lo cual catalogo como una forma de “acoso psicológico”, por lo cual le otorgo la demanda y la empresa ahora deberá una indemnización por 50.000 euros (semejantes a más de 208 millones de pesos).
