El tribunal que llevo el caso reconoció que el exempleado sufría del síndrome de ‘boreout’ (aburrimiento) lo cual catalogo como una forma de “acoso psicológico”, por lo cual le otorgo la demanda y la empresa ahora deberá una indemnización por 50.000 euros (semejantes a más de 208 millones de pesos).
