Desde hace dos meses, la Secretaría de Salud Departamental activó la Línea Amiga de Salud Mental 322 743 5353 como un espacio de orientación psicológica para toda la comunidad. Mediante llamadas y mensajería de WhatsApp, de lunes a domingo desde las ocho de la mañana y hasta las seis de la tarde, un equipo de profesionales está dispuesto a escuchar a los ciudadanos.
Esta es una de las estrategias promovidas por el Departamento para contrarrestar el suicidio y ante los casos que se han registrado en la región durante las últimas semanas, la jefe de esta cartera, Lilibet Galván Mosheyoff, reiteró la invitación a hacer uso de la línea.
“Una vez más le decimos a las personas que tengan algún signo de alarma, depresión, que estén aislados o tengan algún cambio de comportamiento importante, invitarlas a que consulten a la red primaria de atención en el servicio de psicología, a algún profesional de la salud que los pueda orientar y si tienen alguna duda comunicarse con la Línea Amiga de la Secretaría de Salud Departamental”.
La funcionaria explicó que, según el análisis epidemiológico realizado para el Departamento, los casos de suicidio están asociados a varios factores, entre ellos, los problemas de pareja. “En la población adolescente, dificultades de comunicación entre los padres y los chicos, y adicción a la tecnología. Hacemos un llamado respetuoso a los padres para que se sigan fomentando pautas de crianza con amor para que cuando ellos pongan límites con el uso de los celulares, no se convierta en un detonante”, añadió.
En ese sentido, la médica Galván insistió a los padres de familia en la importancia de reforzar los lazos en el hogar y las pautas de comunicación para detectar si los niños, jóvenes o adolescentes muestran factores de riesgo para buscar ayuda psicológica oportuna, el apoyo de los orientadores escolares si presentan dificultades académicas y así determinar un plan de manejo temprano que evite conductas suicidas en esta población.
Así mismo, señaló que desde la Política Pública de Salud Mental aprobada el año anterior por la Honorable Asamblea Departamental, se siguen generando espacios de articulación intersectorial para atender esta situación de salud pública.
“Sabíamos que después de pandemia íbamos a tener un recrudecimiento en los datos estadísticos, por eso presentamos esa política a diez años, en la que participa el sector salud, educativo, académico, la familia, entidades como el ICBF y la Universidad de la Amazonia. Así, se busca crear un observatorio para que podamos tener en detalle cuáles son las causales y se le apunta a articular con una institución de salud la gestión para tener el manejo de las sustancias psicoactivas, que siguen siendo un detonante grave para los problemas de salud mental y son un factor de riesgo en algunos casos de intento de suicidio”, concluyó la máxima Autoridad Sanitaria de Caquetá.
