Mi cáncer no tiene cura: Hassam

En entrevista a un medio de comunicación el reconocido humorista Hassan hablo acerca de su enfermedad.

En algunas de las preguntas que le realizaron fue que si el tipo de cáncer que el padece no tiene cura, ¿para que se somete a tantos tratamientos?

A lo que Gerly Hassam Gómez respondió:

“Lo que se busca con los procedimientos es como prolongar la calidad de vida y evitar que el cáncer se extienda por la médula ósea. Si la sangre es la gasolina, la médula ósea es el aceite con el que uno puede mantenerse bien”,

“Me diagnosticaron mieloma múltiple, que es un tipo de cáncer que llena los huesos y la médula ósea de células plasmáticas. Es muy complicado, porque no tiene cura. Hay muchos cánceres que se logran superar, este especialmente no se puede”.
